Britain's foreign ministry summoned the Iranian charge d'affaires on Wednesday, responding to the transfer of ballistic missiles to Russia.
The summoning, instructed by the Foreign Secretary and coordinated with European partners, took place at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office in London.
The UK Government firmly stated that any ballistic missile transfer to Russia would be considered a dangerous escalation and would prompt substantial repercussions.
