Navi Mumbai Spa Raided for Alleged Obscenity

The Navi Mumbai police have filed a case against six spa staffers, including three women, for alleged obscenity, according to an official statement on Thursday.
An Anti-Human Trafficking Cell team raided the spa on Tuesday, revealing that the employees were engaged in offensive activities, said Senior Inspector Prithviraj Ghorpade.
The Sanpada police have charged the six individuals under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) section 296, which pertains to obscene acts and songs, in conjunction with sections dealing with the furtherance of common intention.
