Delhi Police has ramped up its vigilance to enforce a strict ban on the use, sale, and storage of firecrackers throughout the city during Diwali.
In response to security concerns, the ban has been in place since October 14, and over 377 teams are deployed to maintain law and order during the festive season.
The police are on high alert following a recent blast in Rohini, deploying personnel in crowded markets and monitoring activities via CCTV.
