A British court has authorized the seizure of over £2 million in unpaid taxes from influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan. This decision came after the Devon and Cornwall Police uncovered evidence of tax evasion through seven frozen bank accounts in the siblings' names, as well as an individual identified only as J.

The Tates are alleged to have evaded tax payments on a revenue of £21 million generated by their online businesses, including War Room and Hustlers' University, from 2014 to 2022. During the court proceedings at Westminster Magistrates' Court, Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring described their financial dealings, which involved transferring millions to J's account, as a clear case of cheating the tax authorities.

Andrew Tate, who has a substantial following on social media platform X, has faced bans from TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook for hate speech. Along with Tristan Tate, he is facing criminal charges in Romania, including human trafficking, with potential extradition to the UK pending the outcome of these proceedings. The Tates have denied all allegations against them.
