In a heart-wrenching incident from Gujarat's Zamrala village, a woman has been accused of abetting her husband's suicide after he left a video blaming her for his death. Suresh Sathadiya, 39, was discovered hanging at his home on December 30, authorities report.

Sathadiya's family uncovered a video on his mobile phone, in which he urged them to hold his wife, Jayaben, accountable for his demise. An official from the Botad rural police station confirmed the complaint made by Sathadiya's father, leading to the registration of a first information report (FIR) on Friday.

The FIR alleges that Jayaben harassed Sathadiya by frequently quarreling with him and leaving their home to stay with her parents. Despite Sathadiya's efforts to convince her to return, she refused, prompting his tragic decision. The case is being investigated under section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, police stated.
