A shocking case of arson has emerged in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra, where three individuals are accused of setting fire to two motorcycles after a heated altercation. The incident, which occurred on Sunday evening, has prompted swift legal action.
According to the Vitthalwadi police station, the dispute began between one man and the accused over undisclosed issues, leading to the accused dousing two motorcycles with petrol and torching them. The motorcycles belonged to the man involved in the altercation and his brother.
A formal complaint has been lodged, and police have registered a case under specific sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The accused, identified as Ayush Roy, Babu, and Gautam Fulwani, have previous criminal charges under the Arms Act.
