AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan has strongly refuted claims that he is evading arrest, arguing that the Delhi Police is attempting to frame him unjustly.

The Okhla representative stated in an email to Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora that he remains within his constituency, contradicting police claims of his escape.

A FIR was filed against Khan, accusing him of orchestrating an attack to assist a criminal's escape; however, the MLA asserts the allegations are to hide police mistakes, while police maintain they have yet to receive his communication.
