Military Job Scam Unraveled: Man Arrested for Duping Aspirants
A man from Uttarakhand was arrested for allegedly scamming two individuals of Rs 4.8 lakh by promising them Army jobs despite their ineligibility. Claiming to work at the Army Command Hospital, Mohit Dhami assured the victims he could sidestep age restrictions for recruitment. Police are investigating further.

In a significant development, Pune police, in collaboration with Military Intelligence, have arrested Mohit Dhami from Uttarakhand. Dhami is accused of deceiving two individuals out of Rs 4.8 lakh by falsely promising them employment in the Indian Army.
Despite the duo not meeting the age requirement for recruitment, Dhami convinced them of his influence, alleging he was an employee at the Army Command Hospital in Pune. A 23-year-old complainant from Dhule in Maharashtra brought the case to light.
Dhami's initial request for Rs 5,000 each eventually culminated in a total swindle of Rs 4.8 lakh. Following the realization of their deceit, the victims approached the police. Dhami faces charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and further investigations are ongoing.
