Global Synergy Boosts Maritime Safety Training

V Anbarasan, Chief of Staff, Coast Guard Region (West), highlighted the importance of Search and Rescue (SAR) coordination. He made these remarks at the closing ceremony of the 'MRCC OPS & SAR' course, where participants from six foreign countries were trained.

The week-long course involved practical SAR training to enhance global maritime safety. This year, 22 trainees participated, marking a record attendance. The training underscored the significance of international collaboration for securing mariners at sea.
