Delhi Juvenile Apprehended After Five-Month Manhunt

Delhi Police have successfully apprehended a juvenile who evaded capture for five months, as he faced charges in a high-profile murder case. The juvenile was involved in a violent stabbing that resulted in the death of one victim and injury to two others, according to law enforcement officials.

The incident, which occurred in late September 2024, saw the victims, Anurag, Rinku, and Akash, attacked near Jhilmil Metro Station as they returned from a club. Anurag succumbed to 13 stab wounds, while Rinku required medical attention for serious injuries.

While some suspects were quickly arrested, the main suspect managed to stay at large despite multiple raids. However, a recent tip-off enabled officers to trap and arrest the juvenile in Ghaziabad, ending his five-month evasion of justice.
