Shock Arrest: Man Wanted for Heinous Crimes in Virar Apprehended in Surat

A man accused of heinous crimes in Virar, Palghar district, has been apprehended in Surat, Gujarat, according to police reports released on Tuesday.

The 45-year-old is alleged to have raped three girls, including siblings aged 13 and 17, at his residence in the Chandansar area of Virar after drugging their beverages last December.

One of the victims is reported to be the daughter of his jailed friend, while the other two are his immediate neighbors. He faces charges under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita and the POCSO Act. Further investigations are currently in progress.
