Jammu and Kashmir Police Seize Drug Peddler's Property Worth Crores
The Jammu and Kashmir Police have seized properties worth Rs 3.50 crore from a drug peddler named Ghulam Ahmad Dar in Budgam district. This includes a shopping complex and land under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, linked to the possession of contraband substances.

The Jammu and Kashmir Police took decisive action against the drug menace by attaching properties valued at Rs 3.50 crore belonging to a suspected drug peddler in Budgam district.
According to officials, the attached assets in the Soibugh area include a sizable shopping complex and several acres of land owned by Ghulam Ahmad Dar, known locally as Gulsaka.
The seizure was executed under Section 68-F of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act in relation to the accused being found with large quantities of illegal substances like codeine phosphate and poppy straw.
