In a surprising twist, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) voiced its astonishment over the media's singular focus on its convener, Arvind Kejriwal, in a public property defacement case. Despite multiple politicians being implicated, Kejriwal's name seems to be the spotlight.

Earlier, a city court directed the Delhi Police to file a First Information Report (FIR) against the former Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, based on accusations of public property vandalism. The order, issued by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Neha Mittal, was prompted by evidence from one Shiv Kumar Saxena showing illegal banners featuring the accused, including Kejriwal.

The AAP emphasized that the initial complaint involved several individuals, including BJP members, yet the media coverage disproportionately centers on Kejriwal. Alongside him, former MLA Gulab Singh and ex-Dwarka councilor Nitika Sharma are also mandated to face investigations for erecting large-scale banners.
