In a recent development, a Pakistani woman named Humra, who had infiltrated into India last week, was repatriated by Indian authorities on humanitarian grounds, officials confirmed.
The Border Security Force (BSF) captured Humra in Rajasthan's Sriganganagar district. Following due procedures, she was handed over to Pakistani Rangers from the border area of Anupgarh.
Humra had crossed the Indo-Pak border on March 17 and was apprehended by the BSF before being delivered to local law enforcement, marking a significant instance of cross-border cooperation.
