The Delhi High Court has reserved its decision regarding Christian Michel James' request to amend bail terms in the high-profile AgustaWestland money laundering case.
Michel, who faces allegations of being a middleman, participated virtually from Tihar Jail as his attorney and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) presented their arguments.
The plea aims to ease conditions mandating a Rs 5 lakh surety and passport surrender, conditions the ED argues are necessary to ensure Michel's presence in India.
