In a shocking revelation, Czech police have arrested three individuals accused of operating an unauthorized dental clinic out of their home in Havlíckuv Brod, approximately 100 kilometers from Prague.
The family-run operation allegedly raked in 4 million Czech koruna, equivalent to $185,000, before law enforcement intervened earlier this month.
Unlicensed and untrained, the trio is facing serious charges ranging from illegal business practices to attempted bodily harm and handling of narcotics. They face up to eight years in prison. The operation was exposed after a local dentist reported complications in a patient's treatment.
