France Denounces Iran's Detention of Citizens as 'Arbitrary'

In a strong diplomatic move, France reiterated its condemnation of Iran's detention of two French citizens, held for three years on charges of espionage.
Cecile Kohler and Jacques Paris are allegedly accused of spying for Israel, charges that France calls 'totally unfounded' and arbitrary.
In an effort to secure their release, France has taken the case to the International Court of Justice, alleging Iran has violated consular protection rights.
