The Lucknow police have uncovered details following the death of a 22-year-old man, Manoj, who was allegedly beaten to death by five individuals seeking vengeance. The incident reportedly stemmed from Sonu Kashyap alias Anup Kumar's desire for revenge over his mother's death, for which he held the victim responsible.

Law enforcement authorities have identified the suspects as Sunny Kashyap, Salamu, Sonu Kashyap alias Anup Kumar, Ranjeet Kumar, and Rehmat Ali. They were apprehended on Sunday after police investigated a complaint lodged by Manoj's father. The attack, which occurred in May, involved the use of sticks and rods.

The police recovered a rod and motorcycle suspected to be used during the crime. Furthermore, interrogation revealed that Manoj, who resided in a rented house in Kalyanpur, allegedly killed Sonu's mother many years prior. This revelation marked a turning point in the case, highlighting the influence of personal vendettas.
