The Delhi High Court dismissed a plea by the Turkish firm Celebi Ground Handling India Private Limited, challenging the Centre's decision to revoke its security clearance.
Justice Tejas Karia stated the plea was dismissed, aligning with previous similar judgments. A different bench had earlier dismissed related pleas from Celebi Airport Services India Pvt Ltd and Celebi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Pvt Ltd, citing significant national security considerations.
The Bureau of Civil Aviation Safety revoked the company's security clearance following Turkey's support for Pakistan and its criticism of India's actions against terrorist camps in the region.
