Kite String Accident Leaves Delhi Biker in Critical Condition

A tragic incident unfolded near Tughlakabad Metro Station, Delhi, when a 30-year-old biker named Rajneesh suffered a life-threatening injury from a kite string. He was traversing a flyover when his throat was slit by the string, leaving him in a critical state.
The accident was reported to Badarpur Police Station around 4.40 pm. Police, led by Deputy Commissioner Hemant Tiwari, are investigating the nature of the string involved. Forensic analysis will determine if it was made of the prohibited Chinese manjha, notorious for its hazardous implications.
Rajneesh, a native of Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh, is currently residing in Akhibelpur village. He was discovered in a pool of blood and was urgently transported to AIIMS Trauma Centre, where his condition remains critical. The use of Chinese manjha is banned in Delhi due to its significant threat to public safety.
