Haryana's Chief Minister, Nayab Singh Saini, has announced a substantial fodder subsidy of Rs 88.50 crore for 605 gaushalas, signaling the state's commitment to improving cow welfare.
This initiative, shared during a program at Gita Gyan Sansthan, Kurukshetra, is part of continuous efforts to support shelters, with a total of Rs 358.50 crore already provided over a decade.
In addition to financial aid, solar power installations are a key focus, with 330 gaushalas already equipped and more set to follow, showcasing a commitment to sustainability and animal care.
