In a shocking revelation, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Bhopal has reported the theft of several units of blood and plasma from its esteemed blood bank.
The police have promptly registered an FIR against an outsourced employee following a complaint from Dr. Gyanendra Prasad, the blood bank's in-charge, citing ongoing disappearances of blood units.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Rajnish Kashyap Koul confirmed the probe's progression, noting that CCTV footage showed the accused employee committing the act. The investigation continues to reveal the full extent of the insider operation.
