A tragic incident unfolded in Indirapuram, Uttar Pradesh, when a six-year-old boy named Yuvraj was fatally struck by a speeding car. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to local police.
The driver, identified as Nitin, an employee of a Noida-based IT firm, has been apprehended by authorities, who also seized the vehicle involved. The accident occurred in the Shakti Khand 4 locality, inciting anger and protests from residents and the victim's family.
ACP Abhishek Srivastava reported that senior police officials stepped in to calm tensions and assured the family of swift justice. An FIR has been filed against Nitin following a complaint from the boy's father.
