The Russian Defence Ministry said on Wednesday that its troops had pushed Ukrainian forces out of two settlements. It said Russian forces had taken control of the village of Oleksiivka in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region as well as the settlement of Novopavlivka in the Donetsk region.
