Speaking aboard the INS Vikrant off Goa's coast, PM Modi applauded the relentless efforts and bravery of the security forces. He noted the notable reduction in districts afflicted by Maoist terror from 125 a decade ago to just 11 today, demonstrating a considerable achievement in national security.

PM Modi emphasized that this progress, marked by the construction of new infrastructure and businesses in previously terror-stricken areas, is a testimony to the sacrifices of the security forces. For the first time, countless communities across the country will celebrate Diwali with pride and dignity.
