In a dramatic turn of events, four wanted criminals from Bihar met their end in a deadly shootout with a joint police team in Rohini, the police have confirmed.
The intense encounter occurred during the night, as Delhi Police, in collaboration with Bihar Police, cornered the fugitives reportedly hiding in the capital for several days, according to a senior officer.
The deceased gangsters, identified as Ranjan Pathak, Vimlesh Mahto, Manish Pathak, and Aman Thakur, were notorious for multiple murders and extortion. Following an exchange of gunfire initiated by the suspects, all four were fatally injured, taken to a hospital, and pronounced dead on arrival. The slain gang's leader, Ranjan Pathak, had established a criminal enterprise in Bihar and neighboring states, police sources revealed.
