The altercation reportedly erupted while the woman was with her husband, brother, and friends on Sunday night and continued until early Monday morning.

Named in the complaint are businessman Naser Khan and his nephew, Junaid Khan. Naser Khan, who had served a prison sentence for gang rape, denies any involvement, despite the police report alleging otherwise.
