The police team encountered a suspicious vehicle circling Jassia to Dhamar road at approximately 5:10 am. Upon approaching the vehicle, the occupants opened fire on the officers, prompting a defensive response. In the exchange, one suspect sustained a leg injury, leading to the arrest of all five individuals.
The police recovered a cache of weapons, including a country-made pistol, cartridges, and a sword, as well as the vehicle used by the suspects.
