A gruesome discovery was made near a railway track in Ballia district, Uttar Pradesh, early Tuesday morning as police unearthed the decapitated body of a woman.
Despite efforts, the identity of the deceased has yet to be determined. The site, located in Bakulha village under the Bairia police station, became the focus of intense investigation by the police team led by Superintendent of Police, Omvir Singh.
The woman's head was missing, and her unclothed body was dispatched for post-mortem examination as authorities continue to probe the circumstances surrounding the incident and pursue necessary legal actions.
