Bluetooth Cheating Scandal Uncovered in Haryana Examination

In Haryana, a candidate named Deepak was arrested for attempting to cheat using a Bluetooth device during an online examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. The device was allegedly given to him by an examination staff member, and authorities are searching for two accomplices involved.

The incident took place at Mahadev Digital Zone, where the 'Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination' is being conducted this month. Deepak, after passing the initial security check, was found carrying the device upon re-entry to the hall, police reported.

The arrest led to revelations about the involvement of an examination center employee, Lucky Singh, who allegedly provided the device, planning to assist through accomplice Jaish. A case has been filed and efforts are underway to apprehend the additional suspects under the Public Examinations Act, 2024.
