The Caspian Pipeline Consortium reported damage to one of its mooring points at its Black Sea terminal due to a naval drone attack, resulting in a halt of operations. Mooring point 2 is inoperable as per CPC's statement.

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) announced Saturday that one of the mooring points at its Black Sea terminal sustained damage following a naval drone attack.
As a consequence, CPC has ceased operations at the terminal.
According to their statement, further operation of mooring point 2 is deemed impossible.
