FIR details reveal that the woman, Noorjahan, allegedly submitted falsified forms for sons Aamir and Danish Khan, residents of Dubai and Kuwait, respectively. This was confirmed after digitization flagged incorrect data and forged signatures, as authorities investigated the claim based on a complaint by Dinesh Kumar.
Rampur District Magistrate Ajay Kumar Dwivedi emphasized the investigation's transparency, resulting in charges against the accused under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Representation of the People Act, 1950.
