The student had initially alerted the college principal, but no measures were taken. Further complaints to the college chairman were also dismissed, prompting students to protest. Circle Officer Arvind Kumar emphasized the sensitivity of the case and assured a fair investigation.

Videos circulating online depicted students confronting the superintendent as police intervened. Demand for his suspension and a criminal case is mounting, with many parents now gathering at the college as police launch an investigation.
