Bajrang Dal state president Anuj Walia criticized the law enforcement in Haridwar, asserting that the attack highlighted administrative failures. Haridwar City Superintendent of Police Abhay Pratap Singh confirmed legal proceedings against unidentified attackers, promising stern legal actions post-identification through video evidence.
