Andhra Pradesh Targets Rs 10,000 Crore Revenue through Registrations

It plans 15,570 user-friendly real estate registrations, resolving 4.5 lakh grievances faster due to governance reforms, and reassessing over 5.7 lakh acres of land.

The Andhra Pradesh government announced an ambitious revenue target for its Registration and Stamps Department, aiming to generate over Rs 10,000 crore for fiscal year 2025-26. This goal will be driven through 430 identified real estate ventures.
The state plans to facilitate 15,570 user-friendly registrations, anticipated to produce Rs 250 crore alone. The revenue strategy was discussed during a review meeting led by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
In addition to the revenue target, the department addressed over 5.2 lakh grievances, resolving more than 4.5 lakh. Governance reforms accelerated auto-mutation processes, with a resurvey of 6,693 villages completed and data uploaded to the Webland 2.0 system.
