Courtroom Tragedy: Fatal Shooting in Abohar

Akash alias Golu Pandit, attending a court hearing in Abohar, Punjab, was shot dead by three car-borne assailants. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. Police confirmed that six rounds were fired and the assailants have been identified but remain at large.

A tragic incident unfolded in Abohar, Fazilka district, Punjab, when Akash alias Golu Pandit was shot dead in the parking lot of the court. He was there for a hearing related to an Arms Act case when the assailants struck.

The police revealed that the assailants arrived in a car, with one opening fire and discharging six rounds at close range. Akash was rapidly transported to a hospital but unfortunately did not survive the attack.

The Fazilka Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurmeet Singh, stated that efforts are underway to capture the suspects, who have already been identified.
