One such volunteer, Somjai Kraiprakon, has taken on the role of a Village Security Volunteer in Buriram province, despite the peril of stray bullets. She completed training and is dedicated to protecting both property and local pets left behind by fleeing villagers, showcasing heartening community spirit.
