Intensified Search in Udhampur: Hunt for Terrorists After Policeman's Death
Security forces are actively searching for three terrorists in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, following a gunfight that left a policeman dead. Despite minor injuries to two policemen, forces continue operations using joint teams and sniffer dogs. A tribute was paid to the fallen officer, Amjad Ali Khan.

Security forces ramped up their efforts on Tuesday to locate three terrorists in Udhampur district, Jammu and Kashmir, following a deadly encounter that claimed the life of a police officer the previous day, officials reported.
The Soan village in Majalta area became the focal point of a fierce gunfight on Monday, leading to injuries for one terrorist and minor wounds for two policemen. Despite these setbacks, Inspector General of Police, Bhim Sen Tuti, confirmed the ongoing search operation.
A ceremonious tribute took place on behalf of Constable Amjad Ali Khan, who succumbed to injuries sustained during the encounter. The pursuit of the terrorists, believed to be linked to Jaish-e-Mohammad, resumed with the combined effort of police, Army, and CRPF utilizing sniffer dogs to tighten the cordon around their suspected location.
