In a landmark decision, a Paris labour court has ordered Paris St Germain to pay Kylian Mbappe €60 million in unpaid salary and bonuses. The case marks the end of a heated legal dispute that had gripped French football upon his move to Real Madrid.

The court determined that PSG had missed payments covering three months of salary, alongside an ethics and signing bonus, as stipulated in Mbappe's contract. The judgment further highlighted that PSG failed to provide documentation that Mbappe had relinquished these entitlements.

While dismissing some of Mbappe's additional allegations, such as concealed work and moral harassment, the court ruled against PSG's argument that Mbappe's intentions not to renew his contract warranted a forfeiture of his salary.
