Andhra Pradesh's Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced on Friday an ambitious plan to incorporate QR codes and blockchain technology in land surveys, aiming to eliminate record tampering by 2027.
Speaking to reporters in Tirupati district, Naidu revealed that joint collectors are tasked with executing the one-year programme to ensure no land disputes plague the state by the target year. He emphasized strict measures against any malpractice during the land survey process.
Naidu also discussed the P4 programme, designed to curb economic disparities and enhance living standards across communities. The initiative encourages educated professionals to mentor and assist villagers. So far, 10 lakh families have been adopted under the program, with more expansion anticipated this year. Infrastructure, education, and social policies are set to underpin population stability and economic growth.
