Pakistani drones were reportedly observed hovering over the Indo-Pak border in the Poonch and Samba districts of Jammu and Kashmir, leading local security forces to activate their anti-unmanned aerial systems on Thursday night.

According to sources, sightings occurred along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch and the Ramgarh sector of Samba. The presence of drones near border posts prompted immediate anti-drone measures by the forces.

Troops have remains on high alert across the border area, especially after incidents on Tuesday night when Army personnel intercepted multiple suspected Pakistani drones as they entered Indian territory in the Rajouri district.
