Love Triangle Turns Fatal in Olimkadavu

A 57-year-old man, Rajamani, was allegedly stabbed to death by a youth named Rahul in Olimkadavu. The attack was reportedly motivated by Rajamani's disapproval of Rahul's relationship with his daughter. Rahul was apprehended after fleeing the scene, and a murder charge has been filed.

A 57-year-old man, identified as Rajamani, was fatally stabbed on Thursday night in Olimkadavu, as confirmed by local police on Friday.

The suspect, Rahul from Vellikulangara, is reportedly in custody after an alleged altercation stemming from his relationship with Rajamani's daughter. The victim had opposed this relationship.

Following the incident, a murder case was registered. Rahul, who had initially evaded capture by fleeing into a nearby forest, was apprehended with the assistance of local residents. A postmortem will precede the release of the body to Rajamani's family.
