Father Arrested in Disturbing Delhi Case, Accused of Repeatedly Violating Daughter

According to the complaint, the abuse commenced shortly after the girl's mother departed for their ancestral village in Bihar, leaving the children behind. The girl, accompanied by her landlords, took her concerns to the Paharganj Police Station, detailing multiple assaults occurring between January 31 and February 1.

The police have since arrested the accused, registering a case under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and POCSO Act, and initiated a thorough forensic investigation. The suspect confessed to the crimes during interrogation, and legal proceedings are ongoing.
