Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, alongside Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi, will lead the conference, which will see participation from State Election Commissioners from across states and Union Territories. The gathering aims to enhance coordination between the EC and state bodies regarding electoral procedures.

Key topics will include electoral laws, voter eligibility, and technological advancements, such as the new ECINET platform and the use of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).
