Daula, a resident of Rani Thota in Ballari, is accused of operating an interstate network linked to drug trafficking for nearly 20 years. The police, in collaboration with legal experts, ensured compliance with the PIT-NDPS Act before ordering his detention.
Despite previous arrests, Daula reportedly persisted in narcotic activities, with cases filed in multiple districts and alleged connections extending to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
