A tragic family altercation led to the alleged murder of Lalji Yadav in Bhagwanpur village, according to reports from local law enforcement on Saturday. The altercation reportedly involved Mukesh Yadav, who returned from Surat and his wife Pushpa Devi, sparking a confrontation with in-laws.
Circle Officer Mohd Faheem Quraishi stated that the argument escalated quickly, resulting in Mukesh allegedly stabbing his own father and two brothers, Rakesh and Govind, who attempted to intervene. The police responded promptly, transporting the victims to a hospital where Lalji was declared deceased.
Legal proceedings are in motion, with the suspects facing serious charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Investigators recovered the weapon, and a post-mortem is scheduled to further examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
