Tragic Discovery: Missing Man's Body Recovered in Salemapur
The body of Prahlad Singh, who was reported missing on February 7, was found in the Salemapur police station area. Singh had been seen traveling to Ahmedgarh on a motorcycle. The body was identified and sent for postmortem. Legal proceedings are underway.

The body of a missing man was discovered on Sunday in Salemapur, police confirmed, closing a chapter in a case that began earlier this month. Prahlad Singh, 65, had been reported missing from his home on February 7, after failing to return from a trip to Ahmedgarh.
CCTV footage revealed Singh travelling to the Ahmedgarh bus stand on a motorcycle with a local shop owner, purchasing a bus ticket before his disappearance. On Sunday, authorities received a report about a body found in the Salemapur area. A police team identified the deceased as Singh.
The body has been sent for postmortem examination, and further legal procedures are in progress, according to Superintendent of Police (City) Shankar Prasad.
