A daring robbery unfolded in Punjab's Gurdaspur district as a jeweller's family was held hostage by four masked assailants. The criminals made off with cash and jewellery exceeding Rs 3 crore.
The robbers reportedly disguised as Nihangs, infiltrated the home around 8:15 a.m., terrifying the family at gunpoint before binding them.
In a breakthrough, authorities discovered the suspects' abandoned vehicle near Tanda. Eyewitnesses described seeing two men leave the area shortly after ditching the car.
