Police Crackdown on Cattle Smuggling in Nuh
Nuh police have arrested seven individuals involved in cattle smuggling and possession of banned meat. The arrests happened in separate incidents involving three pickup trucks and a motorcycle. Seven cows and 70 kg of banned meat were seized. The accused were presented in court and are in judicial custody.

In a targeted action against cattle smuggling, authorities in Nuh have apprehended seven individuals from the areas of Ferozpur Jhirka Sadar and Akeda. The arrests come as part of raids conducted by local police, resulting in the confiscation of substantial evidence linked to illegal activities.
During the operations, a total of seven cattle were rescued from three pickup trucks, which were intercepted following a tip-off regarding their movement from Rajasthan to Haryana. Law enforcement set up barricades on roadways to thwart the attempted escape of the suspects, contributing to the successful capture and arrest of six men, identified as Sazid, Saikul, Akbar, Sanjay, Lalit Kumar, and Irsad.
Additionally, another individual, Yunus, faced arrest while attempting to sell banned meat on his motorcycle. Investigators found 70 kilograms of prohibited meat along with tools linked to the crime. The decisive police action underscores ongoing efforts to curb illegal smuggling and related activities.
