Two young men were left with stab injuries following a knife attack by two juveniles near a metro station in north Delhi, police sources confirmed on Tuesday. The juveniles, who have now been apprehended, reportedly bought the knives online.
According to police reports, the young attackers claimed they were victims of persistent bullying by the injured party, Akash Tomer, 18, and his friend. The assault occurred on March 5, after an argument escalated at a food cart near GTB Nagar metro station.
A comprehensive investigation led to the arrest of the juveniles. Authorities recovered the knives used in the attack from different locations. It has been revealed that ongoing grievances over alleged harassment played a significant role in the incident.
